We are always in need of Toastmaster Volunteers to run Youth Leadership Sessions. There is high demand, and the benefits aren’t just for the participants! Get credit towards your Toastmasters designations, while having a visible impact on the confidence and skills of the youth. Coordination of sessions can seem daunting to someone who has never done it before. This site will provide a skeleton for you to plan your Youth Leadership Program with. Both the requirements and sample documents are provided for your use, but feel free to develop your own materials – and if you do, share! We are always open to improved materials.
Each program has its own feel, and it will be significantly influenced by how you choose to deliver the session. However, one thing is true for all sessions – preparation is key. Start planning your session, and have fun!
